Waco Surf, a haven for surfing enthusiasts, is set to revolutionize the inland surfing experience with its ambitious housing development, The Desperado. Beyond the waves, The Desperado will cater to various interests with amenities such as a golf course, a 25-acre lake for fishing, pickleball courts, a pump track, playgrounds, climbing areas, RV camping, a Nordic spa, clubhouses, restaurants, and work and meeting spaces.
The housing component of The Desperado is equally impressive, with 88 homes, including 44 standalone homes and 44 duplex townhomes. These structures will be 3D printed in concrete by the same company that created House Zero in Austin. Pricing for the homes starts at a staggering $1.6 million, making it an exclusive residential opportunity.
